As directed by the 7th Brazilian Guidelines on Arterial Hypertension, the patient, when recording the Blood Pressure at home, for initial monitoring by the Clinical Physician/Cardiologist, must record some measurements in the morning and at night.This application replaces the form given by the physician, facilitating the collection of measurements taken by the patient and replicating the guidelines in the correct way to perform measurements so that they are more accurate.
